Our return policy lasts 14 days for our normal items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not refund shipping charges, only the product price will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. saleable condition). It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging. The buyer is responsible for return courier charges and needs to ensure the item/s are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. Until the items are received back by us, they remain the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us and we will send you the address that the items must be couriered to. Once the item has been handed over to a courier, please send us the tracking number so that we can monitor the parcel's progress.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the result of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, depending on your bank, this may take between 2 to 10 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please note the same conditions apply as for a refund, but please note that you will be liable for the cost of the new product being shipped to you, even if your original purchase qualified for free shipping. Please note that the shipping rates provided when you first place your order are discounted as a benefit to our customers, so if we need to send a different product to you, you will be liable for the full price of shipping to you for a second time (Aramex Door to Door Courier is R100 and Pargo is R75).
